Matt became my Personal Trainer after I experienced a head on auto collision and had been encouraged by my primary physician to enter into recovery training with a Personal Trainer. Matt was very thorough in listening and designing a multi-level training program for me that both encouraged progress but also changed exercises and levels as progress was made.
