You have a good idea of what you want and how to get it but need help "getting going".  The MKT Nutrition Coaching Strong Start Program is designed with that in mind.  Whether your are looking to manage your weight, improve your physical performance, maximize recovery, or simply improve your health the MKT Strong Start Nutrition Coaching Program will assure you are stepping strongly, with confidence into the right direction.  Think of this program as "short term" nutrition coaching.  Like the "regular" MKT Nutrition Coaching program, Strong Start is behavior based emphasizing appropriate, strategic, sequential long- and short-term goals through learning and practicing relevant Nutrition related skills.  For 4-6 weeks using live meetings, phone, and electronic correspondence, we will:

    Let’s make sure it’s clear, attainable, and measurable. Vague goals can only be vaguely achieved

    the skills you’ll need to accomplish your goal, which you already have, and what skills you’ll need to improve upon.
  • Strategize

    Develop a relevant performance goal that will take ~5 weeks to accomplish, as well as some process goals (short term, regular actions) to get you there.
  • Generate momentum

    Generate momentum

    We'll correspond multiple times to keep you focused and accountable.
  • Look ahead

    Look ahead

    We'll debrief to assure you have what you need to keep going!
