WHAT WILL WE DO DURING APPOINTMENTS?
I’ll assess your confidence as well as motivation levels. We’ll address any items from previous meetings and/or email check in’s from earlier in the week. Most importantly we’ll discuss what went well since our last live session. The overall purpose of our live sessions are to identify your strengths, what works for you, and what we can do to assure that it continues to work. Over the course of the program we’ll be strategically implementing skills that “work” into your overall action plan. As you progress through the program you’ll be exposed to different skills and practices to (you’ll always have options to choose from!) to implement over the ensuing weeks. Your eating plan will ultimately play to your strengths support your goals, and fit in with your lifestyle. We’ll end determining what actions to take over the next 1-2 weeks before the next live session.
