There is no limit to how long the program lasts, it is personalized, so length depends on where your starting from and what you want to accomplish. To achieve lasting results, 6-12 months is typical. The initial commitment is six months because, to make lasting changes, to begin to see tangible results, and for the coaching relationship to grow and be effective, one must commit for at least that long.
