    I’ll assess your confidence as well as motivation levels. We’ll address any items from previous meetings and/or email check in’s from earlier in the week. Most importantly we’ll discuss what went well since our last live session.   • How long does the program run?
    Why is the initial commitment so long?

    There is no limit to how long the program lasts, it is personalized, so length depends on where your starting from and what you want to accomplish. To achieve lasting results, 6-12 months is typical. The initial commitment is six months because, to make lasting changes, to begin to see tangible results, and for the coaching relationship to grow and be effective, one must commit for at least that long. I want you to succeed, in order to do that, you must commit!

  • Will I get a specific diet plan to follow?

    There is no specific diet plan, as there is no single, specific diet that works well for everyone. I promote eating patterns that include a variety of foods (preferably whole), with little restriction (unless necessary for medical/health reasons).

  • What are Matt’s credentials?

    I am certified as an Exercise Physiologist, as well as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Most recently I’ve added the Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification. I’ve been coaching and training people for 20 years and have had a lot of success helping people lose weight, improve their health, as well as their physical performance.
