Parallel Training Frequently Asked Questions

Each session will run about $55. The actual price will vary a bit based on frequency and amount. Purchasing more sessions up front will yield a slightly lower price. Keep in mind, my prices do not include the cost of the membership fee for the gym (Northampton Athletic Club).

No, you enroll individually and for the time slot(s) you want. Everyone else will do the same, it’s a first come first serve.

Each parallel session is 45-50 minutes long.

Bonus for you! You will have the full attention of your trainer for the entirety of the session. Though, it will end a few minutes earlier, you’ll still get 40–45-minute workout.

Sessions can be booked up to 15 days in advance. You’ll each have to book that session individually. If you are both enrolling at the same time, we can look at the schedule and see what slots are available and make sure you get them.

I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. So, you will lose any sessions rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of their start time. You can cancel or reschedule anytime before then. Both CardioFlex and Strength and Power sessions have multiple options throughout the week.

While you could book either one, you probably shouldn’t as each is designed to achieve different outcomes. You should stick with the one that most closely aligns with your goals. We will discuss this upon enrollment to make sure you are enrolling in the most appropriate one.
